Moringa "Superfood"



It's moringa pod season. well, in March it was. Soo many pods hanging everywhere. I am Growing some moringa trees for all and also taking pods wherever I seee them. The pods are quite juicy and crunchy when harvested fresh and tender. People don't use moringa pods and leaves here in Nigeria enough. Highly nutritious. We don't usually do it often here but it's something one can add to their curries, soups and stews. Moringa pods and greens extensively feature in Asian, other African, and Caribbean cuisine. Does anybody here eat it???
